Terms of Service
UltraFlips provides market data, portfolio tools, card scanning, alerts, and AI-assisted recommendations for trading-card collectors and sellers. Outputs are informational, not financial advice, appraisal certification, authentication, or a guarantee of resale value.
Users are responsible for account security, lawful use, accurate listing information, and compliance with marketplace/payment requirements when those features launch. Abuse, scraping, fraud, botting, credential stuffing, or attempts to bypass rate limits are prohibited.
Marketplace transactions, Stripe payments, seller onboarding, disputes, and tax/accounting terms require final legal review before activation.
Points
UltraFlips may award points for activity such as opening the app on a given day. Points are a promotional recognition feature only.
Points are not currency, money, credit, or stored value. They have no cash value, are not property, and confer no ownership or account balance of any kind. Points cannot be redeemed, exchanged, purchased, sold, transferred, assigned, or converted into cash, goods, services, discounts, or anything else of value. No mechanism exists to spend points, and UltraFlips makes no promise that one will exist.
Points totals and any streak counts are measured in UTC days: a day begins and ends at midnight UTC regardless of where you are. Award amounts, milestone schedules, and eligibility are determined solely by UltraFlips and may be changed, suspended, reduced, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Points may be adjusted or removed where they were awarded in error or obtained through abuse, automation, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the award system.
Points are not transferable on account closure and expire with the account. Nothing in this section creates a loyalty, rewards, gift card, or stored-value obligation.
